Notice Inviting Formal Bids for Reading and Indian Creek Expansion Fuels Reduction

The Trinity County Resource Conservation District is requesting formal bids for Reading and Indian Creek Expansion Fuels Reduction, a 237-acre manual fuels reduction project. Bids will be opened at the Trinity County Resource Conservation District’s (TCRCD) Board Meeting on July 17th beginning at 5:30 pm. All submitted bids will be posted to here, and emailed to all contractors who submitted bids.

The project is located near Douglas City, CA. Full bid packet is available here. Manual fuels reduction experience and a tree service or LTO license is required. Only bids that are in compliance with bid instructions will be considered. The successful bidder shall furnish a certificate of liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 and possess a valid Contractor’s License issued by the California Contractor’s State License Board at the time contract is awarded.

Bids will be opened at the Trinity County Resource Conservation District’s (TCRCD) Board Meeting on May 15th beginning at 5:30pm. All submitted bids will be posted here and emailed to all contractors who submitted bids.

Manual fuels reduction experience is required and experience providing or working with certified traffic control is desired. Only bids that are in compliance with bid instructions will be considered.
